Attorney Mark H. Wright
Mark Wright's experience includes litigation, negotiation and counseling services. He has tried civil cases, both jury and non-jury, and has represented many individuals in a wide range of civil matters. Mark has covered numerous substantive areas of the law, including serious injury and wrongful death cases, premises liability, products liability, negligent security, insurance disputes, automobile crashes, truck crashes and motorcycle collisions. Prior to the recent formation of JFSW, Mark completed almost two decades of distinguished trial achievements as a personal injury attorney representing the victims of serious injuries and wrongful death.
Mark is recognized as an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, and his dedication and keen sense of competition have brought him success throughout his career. Mark has always been committed to trial excellence and has lectured throughout the state on the subjects of premises liability, depositions, litigating to win through advanced trial advocacy and opening statements.
Mark has tried both jury and non-jury cases to verdict as lead trial counsel and has conducted dozens of other contested evidentiary and non-evidentiary hearings on dispositive issues throughout the State of Florida. Before joining JFSW, Mark was a partner at Gibbons, Neuman, Bello, Segall, Allen Halloran and Wright, where he led the firm's personal injury department. Before that, he worked with notable Tampa attorney Barry A.Cohen.
Mark was born in Charleston, S.C. and raised in Tampa, where he attended Jesuit High School.
